There will be an all day visit to Westonbury Mill Water Gardens and Hergest Croft, Kington. Tickets at £20 include coach, driver and entrance fees, NOT food. Tea rooms at Westonbury for coffee and a restaurant at Hergest Croft for meals. Facilities are available if you would like to take your own packed lunch. A guided tour is available a Hergest at £2 per person for a minimum of 20 people. If there is sufficient interest, Val will arrange this. Passengers who would like to hitch a ride to this part of London will be welcome at £15. Nothing else will be organised but there are lots of interesting things to see and do nearby.

An evening visit to Aston Hall by candlelight is planned. Tickets at £20 include coach, driver, entry fee and Christmas refreshments (mulled wine or soft drink and mince pie or shortbread) by candlelight in the conservatory at 457 Birmingham Road (coach organised to wait and return you to Bromsgrove. Tickets will be on sale in September 2011.
NB in view of this Aston visit their will be no outing to CLIC Sargent concert in December
£5 Deposit secures a place but is non-returnable through U3A. Your ticket acts as your receipt and is issued once you have paid in full. It displays useful information and Val's mobile number for emergency contact on the day. Please bring your ticket with you. If you have paid in full and wish to cancel, you are responsible for reselling your ticket but people on Val's reserve list MUST be given priority, ask Val for names before you offer it to anyone else. It is important to let Val know of any changes.
Priority for tickets goes to members but non-member partners and friends are usually able to buy tickets.
